No Telecheck Payday Loan

by admin on February 1, 2010

Many payday loan lenders will actually not do credit checks before approving the loans.  They are looking to bring new customers and repeat customers into their lending business.  Since they are looking to grow their establishment and bring in customers, they will not require a TeleCheck in order to be approved for the payday loan.

At the completion of your loan contract however, they will report payment and any default information to TeleCheck.  So always keep this in mind when using a lender that offers a no TeleCheck payday loan to you.

Since TeleCheck is in the consumer reporting business, they collect your information if you are one of the people having a poor credit standing or rating.  So if you have horrible credit and you need a payday loan advance you should go to one that does not use TeleCheck.  Since that lender does not use or care about your personal credit score it will not affect your loan application approval.  Since it is classified as unsecured the loan is backed by the next paycheck you receive and that is what the lending company is interested in, not your credit rating, but the ability to have the money in your account on the due date.

What they will need to know is that you are at least eighteen and have income, have a savings or checking account and your present address (possibly last one too if you have recently moved).

Interest rates can vary from one lender to another and can be a bit steep.  So checking and comparing the interest rates is an important part to finding the lender for you.  Less you have to repay in interest fees the more money that you don’t have to put out of your next check for the loan.  So always check into more than one company for a no TeleCheck payday loan and get the best competitive rate you can.
